Welcome to the class. This course will introduce students to mobile communication and production that is relevant to mass communication. As mobile devices are a vital communication medium in our everyday life, it is essential to understand how mobile communication works and how to effectively produce online content for mobile devices.

You’ve learned about Web Design, but you know the Web is mobile. Sites must be responsive and there are thousands of apps that perform a range of functions. We’ll spend the semester gaining a better understanding of the implications of the mobile Web. We’ll start out doing some more advanced responsive design applications for websites, then move on to the ways that mobile applications are designed and developed.  This site will provide all the information you need for this course.
